8 Laws of Fundamental Change

  1. Individuals and group collectively must share the same intention.
  2. Individuals and group may have goals but may not have cherished outcomes.
  3. Individuals and group must accept that goals may not be reached in their lifetime and be okay with that.
  4. Individuals and group may or may not get credit for what they’ve done and be authentically okay with this.
  5. Each person in the group regarding race, sex, religion, etc. must enjoy fundamental equality, even as the fundamental roles of hierarchy are respected.
  6. Individuals and group must forswear violence in word, act, or thought.
  7. Individuals and group must make private selves consistent with public postures.
  8. Individuals and group must always act from the being-ness of Life-affirming integrity.
